I don't know what stressed me first

I spent my day getting my ass massaged and massage some asses at the massage course. A lot of fun and a lot of cheap jokes but now I'm sore. Haha!

Now just doing nothing, trying to think about something else beside my back and ass pain from all massage, but just suck it up and be there tomorrow and repeat it to get it right.

Tomorrow's schedule (since I don't have time to blog tomorrow):

*09:00-17:00
Massage course.

*17:00-17:15
Go from Vågmästarplatsen to Dansforum (järntorget) and meet up Kevin when he's arriving for the first time to Sweden from Germany.

*17:15-20:15
Teach two classes modern jazz classes.

* 20:00-approx 23:30

First and last public rehearsal in Studio 1 before monday's performance.

Food, love and a good mood will keep me going the whole day.

Been at Hälsoteket all day and have been massaging 4 customers. A lot of fun and educational to meet people you never met and ask some questions then help them to feel better in their bodies.

Last rehearsal with the theater group before the public general rehearsal on sunday. Went good! Messed up some lines but nothing to worry about.

Stretched some after the ballet class, that went okay, it was a lot of fun!

Good day, no! Great day!

School day went very good but enough about that.

Had two wonderful contemporary classes. The beginners, I did almost the whole lesson partnering, group exercises and improv. Wonderful focus and a lot of good spirit.

Advanced, we started with the choreography to Möllan today. Very good start and it feels soooo good to have started working with it.

Best way to end this evening was to get a letter from "skatteverket" with some great news.

Carbs, rehears some lines for tomorrows theater and sleep...

Tired monday morning starting of with a fun theater lesson, the rehearsal for my part was not the best but it felt good to have some corrections to do one week before we have audience.

The dancing today went okay, really tired in my back since choreographing and my back collapsed on friday, a new fun choreography on the jazz and a smooth ballet lesson made it easier.

Just mixed the songs together for Möllan since I'm starting rehearsals tomorrow with my modern advanced class. Gonna be so much fun to start putting some things together.

You know you are tired after a long hard weekend when you puke in your mouth on the way home after the last class.

Been choreographing for about 7 hours and teaching 3 hours. Not unusual much but I've been studying hard as well and really maxed my brain when choreographing.

Really got some cool stuff with Kersti today, on the modern. Spiral is going to be great, and got some really cool ideas for the number I'm taking with me to Möllan.

Today I got some nice waffles from Linda in between all the dancing, thank you!

Really fun class to end my weekend, thanks to all my wonderful modern jazz dancers.

Nice day, woke up at 09 and got some breakfast then headed to brunnsparken and bought some skin- and hair care products. Then of to Dansforum and choreographed with two super dancers. Got some really nice work done wich will complete this semesters modern jazz class. Finished my trip with a massage customer.

A lot of side effects of my back and pelvis trying to set itself in a straight position...

My iliopsoas is out and at the jazz class today I just fell to the ground from when my back cracked and it hurt like hell. Spent 20min on the floor before I crawled out and laid on my stomach on a yoga-ball. I can walk but it still hurts. Gonna try to forget it and go home to Anna and Malin and have a pleasant evening with the rest of my classmates...

Tomorrow is a new day and all my injuries will be much better and I can rehab...

My iliopsoas is FUCKED...

Can't use my left leg but still did my best at the ballet class, just took the barre section at the ballet class right after. Felt good to dance more when you can't do 100% so you really tire out the other muscles...

Nice day, went to the gym and killed my legs after the ballet class, felt great! Got some sore muscles, especially after I got my back cracked on monday.

Rehab, rehab, rehab!

Only three times left on the theater till we have our performance. Feels good!

Now I'm gonna isolate me and study!

Ended the evening with a nice walk for a bit with Jakub then 20min walk home. My legs are so tired so I think a walk was the right thing to cool them down. Have been a fun and productive day.

Got to practice a lot massage knowledge to day and got some customers, it's so much fun to help people get better and feel calmer, less stress and pain in their bodies.

Looks like some people from my advanced modern class wanna be on Möllan and perform so I think we'll rehears in a short number. Super!

Both of my classes felt great today and it fells like everybody took it up a notch!

Don't feel like I have the time to blog but I'm gonna keep it up for my own good. Fun to look back to and good to get some "shit" out at the end of the day. Gonna take more pics and film a lot more.

Right now:

-Performing Arts School

-Teaching 4 classes/week and choreographing till them

-Studying weekends to massage therapist and studying my ass of everyday for all the exams to get the diploma

-Rehearsing for the theater that we'll show 2 april

and lets add:

-Choreographing and extra rehears to Möllan (Dansforum's final performance)

-Rehears to Collage with my class

-Choreograph and rehears to Enhagen springshow

-Have a couple of friends every now and then to come visit

-Wira-Spelen

When I checked my calender my first free weekend from now and a couple of weeks earlier is week 25, 22-25 June and the weekend after I'm jumping to the premier of wira-spelen and 9 performances.

If it's sounds like I'm complaining, I'm sorry! I love every bit! Just hope that I'll manage to pull everything of.

Not gonna give a bad performance or anything so in that case I'll cancel it but... I Want It All!

Short day, a lot of studying massage. Now it's not just all a massive blur I can see a lot more pattern and more and more starting to make sense.

Only lesson today I had was tap dancing, after that I hit the gym for 1 hour and did some upper body workout. Now some homemade pizza with Linda and more massage studying.

Give me a heads up if you want a cheap massage....

My first ballet class in 2 weeks this morning. Went okay considering my iliopsoas that kinda collapsed at the modern class last night.

Rest of the day just flew by...

After school I did some detox/IR Sauna, sweaty as hell but feeling great after a couple of hours again.

Ended the day with some nice chicken mix and pasta and study some massage.

Some detox/IR Sauna and two modern jazz classes got to finish of my weekend. Went great on both classes. Gave them all a real challenge with new material on both classes.

What a day...

Dancing @ Domens Art school for 3 hours, jazz 1h and coaching with ballroom dancing for 1,5h. My legs is killing. But I'm really satisfied with my day.

Dance in front of art students and every now and then hear the teacher say, hold it, then you have to stand still in that position for 1min. Got so much out of that, experienced a lot of new stuff with my body and my movement pattern.

Started the day with going to the IR Sauna and get a detox treatment, felt good actually, above expectations!

After that I met up with Noemi for some Lunch/dinner before I had three Contemp classes in a row, without break! Not the best to do with a bad back, a cold and a strained hamstring. Love what you do!

08:30 tomorrow I'm gonna dance for 3hours at an art school after that I'm gonna try to make it to my jazz and after that I we have coaching. As long as I don't get worse in my cold I'm gonna kick it all...

Just theater today...

Not the most productive day, feeling sick and sore so I stayed home and feel a sleep instead of going to the ballet and get worse.

On the theater I had to sit cause my partner was ill.

Now I'm home and looked through ALL the pics Lisa have taken so far. I'm soo satisfied with he result.

Singing was fun and went pretty good!

My back is sooo sore, my muscles in the back is tensed like never before and my gluteus maximus is killing me. Tap went okay with my bad knee, just had to sit on one exercise. Jazz didn't go good at all, haha! my balance is totally out of order. My contemp classes went really good, fun as always! Much fun on the beginners with a lot of people.

Advanced took it up a notch today, had some improv exercises and other fun stuff to make us a tighter group.

sat-sun = 48 hours =

16 hours in massage school, 3 hours dancing/teaching, 3 hours of Onepiece/melodifestivalen night @ Gustav.

Wonderful to get started with my massage education, got this big fat book with a couple of hundred pages with anatomy, physiology and a lot, lot more. Fun but time to get started with some serious studying for all the exams.

Feeling sore in my arms and hands after all massaging, School 09:00-17:00, teaching modern jazz 17:15-20:15. After that a nice long walk with Linda and now hit the sack.

Got to sit on the Jazz class today, it sucks but I really got in a better mood when I got to talk with Anna and go out in the spring sun. I also got a great call from Hälsoteket and after a bit of fixing with money and loans I finally can say for sure that I'm gonna take a diploma as a masseur in the end of June, starting studying tomorrow. It's gonna be a lot of hard work since I'm in school and are teaching but it's gonna be so much fun.

Not injured so I can't dance but so much so I have choosen to rest since my back been corrected a lot of times last weeks and my body is out of balance and I don't want to get injured more than I already am.
