Such a wonderful dance weekend this turned out to be.

Started the friday with a chill night with Linda and had dinner and listen to music all night long.

Saturday I spent at the studio between 08:30 and 17:00... Got a lot of warm-ups done and accidently started on a new modern jazz choreo, that I throwed out on my advanced modern jazz tonight, just for fun and to see what people thought about it. And of course to get some more inspiration when I got to see other people, with different from mine qualities, dance it.

Big thank to all of the 25 dancers who came and took my advanced class on a staurday night, and of course to me wonderful intermediate class. Wonderful to see!

So to sum up this weekend; great dinners, wonderful dancing, a lot of great dancers to teach and nice company...

So to sum up this weekend; great dinners, wonderful dancing, a lot of great dancers to teach and nice company...

Just have to laugh at my day, was a total wreck at both tap and the ballet class today, felt like I wanted to sink through the ground and breakdown and cry. The tap I really don't care if I don't keeps up with my classmates. But in ballet and jazz it feels like I'm moving backwards. I know it's just a feeling cause i'm developing but it's really hard to stay focused when these last few day I've been sick and haven't got the chance to work with my own choreographies as much as I want to... Longing for this weekend!

I'm moving with you again...

So, the school day went well. Nothing else to say. Well "I'll Cover You" went above expectations.

First day with my two contemporary classes. It was so much fun and a lot of great, devoted and fun dancers at bouth my beginners and advanced. So much love to you all. Really looking forward to this semester.

Time to sleep and get up for some ballet at 09:00 tomorrow.

Feeling super sore in my throat but was in school and gave my best at all classes. Starting to go deeper in to our scenes on the theater lessons. Much fun but much hard work.

The dancing I would give myself: "okay!" couldn't reach my full potential since I've been sick and away from dancing a couple of days but I fought good. Haha!

Stayed a bit after school and rehearsed "I'll Cover You" with David, I'm singing Angel's part, Thank you Sinikka for that challenge...

Today I´ve been some hours in school watching the open house classes and did some warm-up material... Not my most effective day but I wanted to be a bit in my dancing clothes before my classes start and school start tomorrow.

Since youtube not will let me publish either my "Give me love" video or my lite collage from Sthlm I will post my "Snälla Bli Min" choreography tonight.

Been spending my day in bed/in front of my computer, searching songs to choreograph and fixing films from Sthlm. Trying to post the "Give Me Love" vid without any look since youtube refuses to let me in at the upload site. Hope it will work tomorrow since I wanted to post my "Snälla Bli Min" Choreography aswell.

Still feeling a bit sick but much better and gonna go to the studio tomorrow and make some warm-up's and maybe add some diagonal. But I don't need to much material on the first week since I wanna se the level on some of my student so I know how high I can push my students and make them as good as possible.

Just had a nice dinner with Linda and now we're gonna see some random flick and just listen to some music.

Tomorrow I'm gonna post the short video I made with Rebecka (if youtube let's me) this christmas, some maybe already seen it but now it's with my HD camera. It's a choreography to "Ed Sheeran - Give Me Love" We made it under 2hours so it's just about a minute of dancning. But we'll add more next time we dance together.

It's a choreography to "Ed Sheeran - Give Me Love" We made it under 2hours so it's just about a minute of dancning. We'll add more next time we dance together.

Once again a wonderful class, so much great dancers there today, not as much people but still enough to make my face drip with sweat when we rocked "Bloody Mary - Lady Gaga" and "Snälla Bli Min - Veronica Maggio"

So much fun.... but now..... I'm sick! Gonna rest tomorrow and feel so much better so I can be in school and watch on friday.

Tomorrow I will spend in bed, finding som new music to choreograph to. Then this weekend I will be in school and finishing my contemporary warm-ups and adding some diagonals to my modern jazz classes. Cause next week it starts, dansforum's evening classes. This is gonna be a creative and loving semester. Can't wait!

The class felt good and so much fun with people you know and some great dancers. Today I also bought a body scanning  for 100kr instead of 500kr at groupon.se Preparing for that and my photo shoot will be a carrot enough to get ripped.

Not much to say, other than this has been another great day on the year 2012.
