I never been so sick in my entire grown-up life... most painfull headach, terrible ague, sweating like a pig and all my muscles hurt and I just got lite 4 hours of sleep this night. It's suck when I don't get better when eating Ipren and drinking tee. Have'nt been able to eat anything more than clementines and orange. Gonna make an effort eating the food that I made yesterday.
Well now I have complained and it felt good, I'm trying to find some music to next years classes but I have to lay down after a couple of minutes so it's not working out. haha!
Sen a text to Johan to bring home some med medicine, can't wait for him to come home from school.
Yesterday he bought me a nice advent calender. Thanks! It made my day a tiny bit better.

Self hatred grows in me like cancer, I can’t locate its whereabouts but it's feasting on its host...
Not feeling any better at all actually worse. I'm gonna go for a slow walk to ICA and get some more fruits since I've ate them all yesterday and today. Somedays it's okay to feel bad and just crawl up in bed forever...

Feel like I hit a wall when I got home. Have to sleep and rest whole night... Had soo much energi today so it's kinda scary when it just hits you.

So I had a wicked weekend and a monday and tuesday in Sthlm and Münich, I've already writen about Sthlm, so here's what I did in Münich:
20 Nov.
- Went to Arlanda at 05:00
- Was supposed to land in Münich 09:25 but got to do an emergency landing in Berlin
- Got seated there for about 5h before we got get on another flight
- I meet a new friend, Kati, on the flight so at least I got some great company during the wait in Berlin
- Arrived in Münich about 19:00
- Met Rebecka at the centralstation and went to their place
- Had a lovely (a bit to late) brunch and talked about their studying with some of here roomies and schoolmates
- Went for a walk and then went to sleep
21 Nov.
- Leaved the flat 07:15 with Kevin and went to Iwanson
- Started a ballet class 08:30 that was follewd by a contemporary class
- then I had some lunch and was supposed to watch the rest of the day but instead I joined Becka's class to a ballet and a contemp class.
- I finished the dance day off with a contemporary class with the second graders that I got invited to by Hannes (the teacher)
- Took a shower then me and Kevin went out and took a pizza
- Met up Becka at home and finished the whole day of with packing and a cup of tee.
22 Nov.
- Was sad to leave their appartment at 05:45 after just being there for a couple of hours total and mostly just sleeping in it.
- My plane left 08:20 to Berlin to have another 4h of waiting for my plane home to GBG
- Got back to GBG at 14.30 and went directly to school and was at the gym then watched a modern class and then took the modern advanced class.

Had a great theater lesson where we got our scenes. I'm gonna play a pedophile in prison...
Couldn't finish the last ballet class this night cause we had to evacuate the building cause there was a fire at dansforum. Had to stand out in the cold for about an hour. Gonna find out tomorrow if there will be any lessons...

Since I started at Performing Arts School in August I've danced 65 days and a total of 212 hours. Been sick and had some injuries but I'm still pleased with my collected hours. I've also been hitting the gym a couple of times every week and tried some Thai-boxing traning. Now I'm psyched to get to Sthlm and Münich to dance this weekend and some days next week. Just gonna have to get better in my legs.

Took a yoga class today, it was awesome, a bit tired but I managed.
Yesterday I was at David's birthday party and it was great. A lot of people and a lot of dancing at the club.

Like a waterfall in slow motion...

Soo much fun to be dancing much again. I laughed so much at the tap lesson cause I didn't get a single step, haha! I looked sooo stupid!
The ballet did go a bit better but our teacher wasn't in her best mood so she said some really mean things to almost everyone sometime during our class. hahah, love it!
Took after school jazz class with Johanna and it went good, nothing speciell it's the same as in our school the level I took, I'm gonna take it more often so I can be a better jazz dancer.
Ended of with a great Hip-hop class with Julia, she said; You got all the strong parts and all the smooth and beautiful parts but you got to the down and feel the groove in the choreography.
I'm really gonna train that, so I don't look stupid when I take hip-hop classes and not just make the "street" part good. And i feelt so stupid when i didn't get a step so me and the whole class got a good laugh out of my question and when Julia tried to explain while laughing.

I went to the gym and did some rehab and after that I finished of the day with a ballet class with Monica. Made some food and now it's time to hit the sack... To tired to write more!

I had the best contemporary class in a long time, since I've been substituting so much I haven't had the time to take Helena's classes. Today we had so much floorwork and a brilliant choreography. I just breathed through the whole class and the choregraphy, that I got to chase in, went brilliant!
And I talked with Helen a bit and got some great news that I'm not gonna tell untill it's 100%...
Feeling that I'm beginning to be more flexible and that makes the whole stretch part so much more fun. Having a bit trouble with the back of my thigh but it's gonna be okay.
Just like 12 days left till my little trip, can't wait!

Got some extra hours of sleep today. Feeling a bit tired after the first day at school but I'm gonna kick it at the Contemp advanced tonight and hit the gym aswell doing some rehab.

Today was a rather fun day I would say. We laughed us trough the whole theater lesson and got a great experience.
At the jazz we got a new choreography to Iron - Woodkid, a lot of muscles and fast speed, LOVE IT. The ballet I was pretty off, I tied but I stood the wrong way, started with wrong excersises and my beloved teacher just pretty much laughed at me and told the class she didn't know what I was doing. Haha! But of course I'll take it.... Just one of those days!
At the training theory I had a lot of fun and got me some great knowledge.
Haha, though I kinda hate that everyone in my class is such a good singer. Or is it good?.... Mostly good but... never mind!

Yesterday, first time going out in GBG, with Devin and his friends. Nice pre-party but the club was not that funny at all. I feel like I should today, proper fucked...
Had a nice morning and and afternoon with Johan and Devin before but forgott to have a real dinner, maayybe that's why I feel like this. Haha!
Soon, gonna post some pics from our little "photoshoot" yesterday...

Mathias left yesterday and Devin arrived.
Me and Devin ate some sushi before my Contempjazz class. It was so much fun to teach yesterday, nice people and I so much inspiration to dance with Kersti who I danced with for a year ago in sthlm. It takes you back and a you get a new gust of wind with inspiration and energi.
After that, me, Johan and Devin had a slice of pizza and chatted, listened to music and watched a movie.
Today I don't know what we'll do but this evening I have a new Contempjazz class at 18:45. Don't miss!

Maybe I'll get drunk, again. I'll be drunk, again. To feel a little love...
been at dansforum for about 7 hours today...Choreographing, danced with different people and did some lifts with Marsha... Best autumn break ever and I haven't even had my own classes yet.
Also my brother is here, we had a burger at Stage door, for tradition sake, and ended the evening with some Family Guy.
