I'm so sorry for not been able to write in a couple of day's, It's just have been to much. I know it's not gonna be much easier rest of the semester but what can you do. It's my own choice and I love what I do even though it takes blood, sweat, tears and injuries.
So this list and pics will sum up some of the things I haven't got the chance to post:
-7 Wonderful girls from Wira-spelen slept in our appartment fri-sun
-Sat-sun 5*2 hours of massage course
-Saturday morning, choregraphing 08:30-10:30 before the massage course. Jakub kept me company
-Taco night with Linda

Walked to school today in the nice spring weather. Had to sit on the tap cause I've started to feel sore in my knees again. Since I'm not so good and have my knees under control during tap dancing it was best to sit. Ballet went better, fun to do cabriole!
Got some new fun projects in motion, one with Suss, she's an MJ inspired dancer so she picked a song and we're gonna do something fun together with it, mix our styles.
Then on friday in two weeks I'm gonna dance on an Art school for 3hours. Just do whatever to whatever! Dance 20 min then rest 10 min for 3 hours and have a bunch of art students painting me. It's gonna be great, especially since I Love to improvise!

Ballet didn't go excellent, haha! Heard like 8 times I was unmusical! That kind of day, but if was fun.
Theater felt better, me and Jonathan had a great boost on our scene after a really funny improv exercise.
Zumba got to finish my day, then a shower and some dinner and I feel... good?
Yes in my mind but my body have some small injuries and is sore, not complaining, I know why I have it so I can't say anything about it. If I want a painless body I'll have to quit dancing. Hahaha! Like that's gonna happen?

Back from "sportlov" that I spent most of my time in Sthlm. Been Such a great break from school with a couple of hours of dancing and training, just so I don't will froze or freak out.
Last night I had a awesome class with both my groups in modern jazz, I was afraid that my intermediate class people would drop of but it's the opposite. From 9 on my first class to 22 yesterday. Feel's great!
Started with some new material on the advanced class and had so much fun. Thank you!

Just got home from teaching two fun contemp classes. My body is sore, I don't have much energy but I still have to pack my bags, because tomorrow I'm off to Sthlm.
Don't know how much I will have time to update but I'll try.

Started my day with a visit at the doctor to check my throat. Got out of there with a little more knowledge and 300kr less on my account.
I turned my bad mood around and got down to business, equals, been dancing for three hours this morning, 1,5h choreographing and 1,5h with Linda, Amanda and Therese...
Now I'm home getting some fuel, took a shower and getting psyched for teaching at my evening classes!

Been dancing and choreographing for 6 hours today and still feeling I want more. Thank you Kersti, Tove and Jakub for all inspiration and dancing love you give me. Just for that I wanted to make a short movie with some of my material just put together.

Sore and happy, started off with a walk to dansforum after buying some massagelotion so I can start practice. Booked a course 25-26 February on some beginning moves in massage. Then I'm gonna buy a massage bench and start to take some customers to train on for some few coins. Haha!

Now we have a one week break. Well, I still have my evening courses to teach but I still have the time to go to Sthlm wednesday-saturday.
Ended the last class at school with a pulled rear leg... wrapped it immediately and put ice on it, just a little rehab tomorrow and just be careful, it will be gone in a sec!
Started my "sportlov" much better though; Impulsive piercing...

Both ballet and tap was much fun today, we got the chance to jam in a circle first taping then free. LOVE TO DO MODERN IMPROV...
Ballet was really heavy today with a lot of jumps but good spirit and fun exercises, only 21 peeps was on the class. A lot of sick and injured this week before the "sportlov"
The singing performance went okay, nothing special, didn't go bad and not great, so I'm satisfied. After that I was on a Hot stone massage, was great for all my stiff/tensed muscles.
Now gonna self-study some massage/anatomy and listen to metropol.

Didn't have any theatre today cause we watched the second graders theater showcase. After that, we practiced some singing for tomorrows performance. And then I helped out a friend with her's choreography and started on a new diagonal.
Finished my night with a zumba class... Now I'm gonna get to bed early after a nice dinner and making some lunchboxes.

One super great day, actually on the tap as well... for a change!
The jazz went kinda as usuall so nothing special to say there other then I got lactic acid after the choreo and my thighs started to cramp.
My contemporary for beginners was packed. So much fun but hard work and not a lot of air. Great students and a great atmosphere.
My wonderful, wonderful advanced... So much love to you all. I strive for to be a real group at my advanced classes espacially my contemp class and today the group really took it to the next level. So much fun to see how they took my exercises and performed 100% all the way through!
Now I will rest my muscles and get some sleep.

The Woman Is Black is by far one of the most scariest flick I've seen, just for the record. Then of course it helped to sit close to a big screen with really loud sound next to a scared to death Anna and 13 other peeps from my class. Much fun!
Today was a great creative day and I got a lot of things done. Started of with some extra hours of sleep then a nice lunch with Linda.
Went to school and rehearsed "I'll Cover You" with David for about 1,5h, went well and we staged the number.
Finished my Sunday with teaching two Modern jazz classes, both went well and I had great fun. At my modern jazz I had the honour to have a proffesionall dancer. Talk about inspiration!

Just came back from a really funny event. Haha! I was walking around on stagen and on the floor with my heels, talked in the headset and just strutted. Don't think I can be in a more funny/weird situation and still be so comfortable. I loved every minute of it. Flirted with, I think everybody in the first 4 rows to get them to loosen and start to move more sensually. It was about 100 people on the short class. Music was great and got a lot good feedback after. I couldn't be more pleased with the day so far.
Now a perfect ending with a scary movie (The Black Woman) with my classmates then chillax with Linda.

Had a great time last night with some classmates, last night in pics:

Started this morning with some dancing with Therese and Linda @ dansforum. Also got some new choreo done, felt good!
Now I'm getting psyched to grab my heels, go to Kungsälv Zumba event and have a 35min Burlesque class for a lot of people... You know typically American when the instructor stands on a small stage in the front and have a ugly mic on your head. Haha! I will love it!

Got a call from Dansforum a couple a minutes ago and they needed a burlesque teacher to a Zumba event in Kungälv tomorrow and Mike Gamble (original teacher) was busy so he told them to call me. So I'm just waiting for a call from the events manager so I can get some info about tomorrow. Only thing I know is that it's just one hour.
Gonna be there for awhile then go home and chillax cause I'm gonna do some choreographing tomorrow @ 08:30 a.m.

Change of attitude and a better control over how I sleep and what I eat makes the dancing goes so much better. I've always knowned this but it's really hard to actually keep it and do it.
Put a lot of thought and time this semester to get it done and not overtrain myself, take good care and listen to my body. Sometimes it's best to rest! Has gone really good so far. Even though I started this semester with being sick I'm satisfied with myself so far.
Just have to make what I do to mine.
Tomorrow It's friday and it feels pretty good to have some days of "rest". Gonna do some choreography go to the cinema with some great classmates and take a trip to the bath house,

Have had a sore body in the beginning of this week, had to put some more food in to my body, been concentrating on the looks on my body for the upcoming photoshoot but I'm feeling pretty satisfied now and I will reduce some more body fat just have to let it take time.
Don't know why I can't perform on my ballet classes, well actually I know why but, just annoying. So why? I'm in a state where I'm developing a lot of muscles right now and have found a lot of great things that I can't use yet cause I don't have the time to rest and let it sink in. Like I said annoying but the harder I can push my self when it goes bad the better will it be when my muscles actually can start to use it.
In two weeks I'm in Sthlm and relaxing, taking a body scanning, haircut, massage and some other great stuff. Not longing for that as much as I'm longing for coming back and can start to dance with some more relaxed muscles.
Yesterday was two great contemporary classes, Love that there's so many people showing up on my classes and have such good spirit and love for dancing.
Ohyeah, gotta show you the pick list from our last order from gymgrossisten. Now I've stored some good stuff.
