Saturday's performance went amazing. I couldn't be more proud of my students and what we have accomplished. It feels kinda empty now, not having the performance to think about and process but I have one more lesson left on this semester before I leave. Ofcourse I still have my summer classes...
It has been nice having my parents here during the weekend and great that they had the time to see my students dance.
Gonna post a lot of pictures and more but till then. Thank you "contemporary advanced"! and thank you for the wonderful gift you bought me.

Yesterday my parents arrived to Gothenburg to watch me class perform @ Möllan and Dansforums dance show, since they can't come to Collage.
Met up with them at centralstation and went to leave their things at Gothia Towers, then we went to Stage door for lunch.
17:00 I had last rehearsal at dansforum with my class. Went great and we had a lot of fun.
Gonna post pictures later on, maybe next week. I have Lisa following the last rehearsals and the show tonight, can't wait to see the pics!
From Dansforum I went directly to Incontro and had a nice dinner with my folks.
Now, getting psyched for a Brunch at Gothia Towers then meet my dancers at Korsvägen and go to Möllan.

Haven't been able to write since I haven't been home...

I'm leaving Performance Arts School!
I'm gonna do Collage with my classmates and finish the first year.

I've got a contract at Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in Münich and moving there after the summer and will be there for at least 3 years. Gonna miss my classmates so much and all my dance students, but I feel I have done my part in Gothenburg and want to focus all on my choreographing and dancing. I will of course be coming back and have workshops and dance in Gothenburg a lot.

Couldn't write yesterday since our internet was down, but you really didn't miss anything special.
Today I worked a bit with Saga and Kersti before my classes, their duett will be great. Gonna work with them a couple of hours tomorrow.
Really looking forward to this saturday and of course the rehearsals we have left. The group is really tight now and you can start to feel that it's close to the performance now.

Thank you all who have congratulated me on my birthday. Been spending it on my massage course and now a homemade pizza and daim cake with Linda.

A year ago I did Sthlm on one day and loved it. Had a break from my "deff" period when I trained the hardest I could to get in to P.A.S and look where I am now. Couldn't be more satisfied with myself and the people around me.

Physiology and anatomy is what I've got left in theoretical exams. In two weeks I have physiology, what I've heard it's supposed to be pretty easy but I'm not convinced. Gonna try to study everyday from this day on. It will be hard with all rehearsals and choreographing but I'm gonna nail it!
Later on, Hälsoteket and 4 massage customers... Psyched!

Started my day with some physiology studying and thinking over the massage I'm giving tomorrow at Hälsoteket.
60kr for 45 min massage I'm massageing after 3. p.m following dates:
Friday - 4th of April Week 16
Friday - 18th of May Week 20
Thursday - 31th of May Week 22
You can book me other times as well and then it will be on your own needs and what you want to have treated.
Later on I hit the gym, pumped and did some rehab on what's needed to be well and working so I can dance.
In school all the guys from second and first grade rehearsed with the third graders for Collage. We did a partnering choreo to Voulez-voues from Mamma-Mia and I got to dance with wonderful Maria so that was great and a lot of fun. Got good chemistry and the dance went great.

We're getting a lot of new things to the ballet now wich feels great.
After that I tried to plan a bit with the music for "WeLoveToDance" who i'm taking with me to Sthlm for Enhagen springshow. Gonna make some new choreo's but I can't wait to get working with my dancers.
After school we went to try out pants for Collage, found me a nice pair of suit pants with a stretch fit. Awesome!
Later on we went and had some fika with some people from the class since it was Malin's birthday.

Really fun first rehearsal with Johanna for Collage, it's gonna be great. Don't miss! 25-27th of may @ Lorensbergsteatern.
Rehearsed some with Kersti before the classes today and worked on her solo for Möllan. Started with my new choreography for my beginners today. They're awesome! Great focus, eager to learn and are doing the best they can.
After that went to my advanced class and rehearsed to Möllan the whole lesson, found some new things and stuff to rehearse. I feel calm and satisfied with the work so far.
Now it's up to my dancers how good they want to make the performance. I've given them the material and what to practice on. Just up to them! I now they'll make the best of it. I think that's why I'm so calmed.

Been studying my as of to my massage exam that was this saturday, between my 18 hours dancing/choreographing since I got back from Sthlm. Gonna be better to update now. AND upload all pictures from Sthlm.
Got 100% on my exam so all study hours was sure worth it!
Two really fun modern jazz classes ended my wonderful massage weekend.

Easter break... Have had NO time to update my blog. Here's what I've been doing...

Arrived to Sthlm yesterday, and we're met up by Olof. We took a nice walk just chatting, after we went to Vapiano and had some pasta and continued our nice conversation.
At 19:00 I met Fredrik at Danscenter. Then I had a wonderful ballet class with Margarita. Only 5 people and most of the excersises after the barre were fitted to me since I only took one class. Lots of jumps and turns. Loved every minute, and got some great feedback.
Now some lunch/breakfast with my parents, then a long walk with some finishing stretching.

Act III Numero supplementaire, Pas de deux...
Only been dancing some ballet today, then we had a little chat at the theater lesson about how the performance went on monday.
Tomorrow I'm heading to Sthlm for a couple of days of over easter. But gonna start with a ballet lesson in Sthlm tomorrow night. Gonna be awesome! Then just meet some friends and family before going back teaching two easter classes and choreographing for Möllan with my contemporary class.
Also this wonderful girl named Johanna is coming back with me to work on a little thing for Enhagen Spring Show!

I haven't been able to write for sometime since my wonderful friend Kevin is here visiting me from Germany, so sad that he's leaving tomorrow. But i'm pretty sure i will be seeing him soon. Gonna post a video with fun stuff we've been up to.
Had a really fun tap dancing class today where we did some riverdance, reaallyy fast!
Big hug and kiss to my contemp classes. Extra big today goes to my advanced group who's really focused and shows a lot of respect to the choreography work I'm doing right now on the classes, they just take all I give them and do it. Wonderful! Muc love!
Now some sleep before a ballet class tomorrow morning, then saying goodbye to Kevin.
