I'm on such a great mood! Now I feel more comfortable with my lines for tonight's Premiere of Wira-spelen. And in this Wira hype and all the fun around it I got the video from when WLTD was in Sthlm and performed I Speak Dance. I just finished edited it and tomorrow it will be released on youtube. Help share and spread dance...

Home after a long day. Helped Therese with some falling technique before Wira-spelen today.
The dress rehearsal kinda went as it should. I'm satisfied, but tomorrow I will kick it for real. Also I have some lines tomorrow filling in for another horseman. Fun, just learnt the lines. Premiere tomorrow. Don't miss!!!!

Where did you go?
Yesterday I spent in Norrtälje with Malin, Niklas and my parents, some dinner and frisbee. Then I was at Sofia in Nacka watching football and having pizza.
It's 00:00 and I just got home from Wira rehearsal. I'm cold, wet and tired but it went great. Maybe not the best for my coughing but what to do? Had an exiting talk at the rehearsal but... will not say more till it's 100%
the band is starting to get installed...

So, midsummer is over... it's seems like the weather is retells how everybody is feeling today, am I right?
The day before midsummer I was out and throwed some frisbee with my father.
On midsummers morning my father and me was the only ones in our family who followed tradition and went picking flower for the maypole in Wira, followed by, as usual, a bath and then some ice-cream, it sucked I couldn't take bath but I want to be fully recovered for rehearsals and premier. So the day was spent home relaxing and Scrubs marathon.
More rest today and gonna open some anatomy books and learn, learn learn...

Great day, I was with Beata and had ice-cream in a park near Kungsträdgården, after that we had dinner att Bee's, how I've waited to eat there, oh my god! It's so good, the pad thai, hands down the best in Sweden.
Took my bag and went to the last rehearsal before midsummer. Went great and I got an unexpected beat down on stage. Hahaha! always fun when you think you´re not going 100% but youre co-star is. Still love you Mia.

Spent yesterday with my brother, Sandra, Nikeandgrandma... Nice and relaxed day with a lot of fun even though I felt sick.
Got stuck in traffic on my way to Wira-spelen rehearsal. Missed the first hour but we did my scene directly when I arrived so that was nice.
You can't miss this years Wira-spelen.. There are som great new names and still the best names are still here. Wonderful actors and much love on the stage even tough it's almost two weeks left to go.

Okay it's f**king 1 a.m... I'm packing like crazy, don't know how to get it all in to one car but we'll manage. Have to be in school in 8 hours for my last course at Hälsoteket, CPR course. Fixed my last practical exam today, wopie for me!

Great day, but starting to feel sick, it have to wait till Wednesday after the last Wira-spelen rehearsal and I have a couple of days off.

My home is where my dance laundry is...
My last dansforum class was just wonderful. Shitload of people and the level was kinda advanced and people from PAS, BA and other places where there. Wonderful and Sweaty.
Felt wonderful and sad in the same way.
After, me, Noemi, Jakub and Kersti went out for dinner on Cicero. Not a goodbye dinner but a "Seeyousoon"-dinner...Nice to be with them outside the dance studio.

Today I had my last school practice at Hälsoteket and tomorrow is the last exam. Will be nice to have it done.

Yesterday Simon spanked me in contemporary dance, haha! Felt wonderful to get challenged and learn a shitload of new steps. Started with learning some improv techniques then I tried to keep up in some of his choreographies.
After that I did a repeat of yesterdays dinner with some Sara, some salad on the balcony.
Shit! I'm moving in 4 days. That's just plain sick! There's a lot of people I will miss alot. But I'm jumping directly in to rehearsals of Wira-spelen when I get to Sthlm so I will start missing everybody in some weeks, haha!

Yesterday didn't quite go as planned since Sara made me take the ballet. It was fun and much needed. After I stretched and practiced some floor, then me and Simon had a little modern jam, awesome! He's so good at floorwork and is teaching me a lot.
After, me and Sara bought some salad and had dinner on our balcony.
Started this wednesday with going to the gym then of to dansforum to stretched when Simon called and asked me if I wanted to dance and he wanted to test some choreography on me. Of course, so straight home with the bike and make lunch in an hour and now a bike ride back and meet him.

Okay so couldn't find any ghost at Saras place sunday night. Had a great time anyway with some dinner and cartoon.
Went to the gym when I woke up last morning and did my traning schedule witht he small changes my PT made. It killed my back, in a good way, so I was cramping when I was supposed to stretch. Studied and spent some time in the massage chair in dansforums teachers room before I met up with Noemi for a nice sushi dinner.
19:00 I had a contemp class. Was a lot of fun but a slow started class, had to spit out energy to get them going. After a while they loosened up.
Runned from the class home to Linn to see the game Swe-Ukraine and got a nice dinner.
Today, fix some things at the place and study before going to dansforum. I'm gonna practice some improv and finish a choreography.

Yes, sold my bed for 5 minutes ago. One thing to check of my moving list...
Yesterday I spent at Linn's place and had pizza, beer and watched football.
Today was a practice round and a repeating day at the massage course.
Not much left till I'm done. Well I have to take my anatomy exam in some months so I will not get my diploma in a while but that dosen't make me a terrible masseur. Haha!
Now dinner with Sara then I'm gonna be a ghostbuster.

Got back from massage course and I'm gonna meet up with Linn and have dinner and just chill...
So tired and tomorrow will be 8 hours of massage and preparing for the practical exam.

Much love to all my dancers... Amazing to you all are here in Stockholm.
I recoemend Tuesday's performance since we'll have three make-up artists there and before the show have a photographer for a shoot of the performance.
Now sleep and up in some hours to go do what I love.

Have had a wonderful day, so far! Walked with Janne Ondracek (naprapath) the whole morning and watched and learnt so much when he had clients.
After I met Tove and we went for lunch and Jakub joined us when he got away from dancing.
Later, short stop at Saras place then we went to Chalmers pool to swim some rehab laps then sat on the Rumble Roller (gonna show later) and some stretching.
it's sooo painfull...
but much needed...
Just had dinner, have to pack but I want to go to some classmates since I will not see time till I'll get back to Gothenburg next year.
